Tax Associate

Summary

Seeking a Tax Associate to support income tax compliance and provision, audits, and domestic and international tax planning. The role involves partnership with cross functional teams and ownership of tax deliverables and tax technology initiatives. The position requires technical proficiency in tax systems and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead income tax compliance and provision processes
• Manage estimates extensions and deliverables from external tax service providers
• Partner with Accounting Finance Legal and Treasury teams
• Support transfer pricing calculations journal entries and audit documentation
• Participate in international tax expansion planning and ad hoc projects
• Own account reconciliations and Blackline certifications
• Develop expertise in tax technology platforms and serve as SME
• Work with Microsoft Power Pivot Power Query Power BI and Oracle ERP systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate tax experience with public accounting or industry experience
• CPA is a plus
• Working knowledge of tax preparation and research software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to plan organize and complete work independently
