Team Lead - DC City Center

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager to mentor and develop staff, build client relationships, champion sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences at the DC City Center boutique.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in coaching and developing the sales team
• Drive client and business development through personalized client interactions
• Lead selling and floor management activities to achieve sales targets
• Champion product category initiatives when assigned
• Support day to day store operations and ensure service standards are maintained
• Create strategies with management to enhance client loyalty and market positioning
• Identify client needs and recommend products based on profiles and market trends

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail with supervisory or leadership responsibility
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
