Team Lead - King Of Prussia Men's

As a Team Lead at Louis Vuitton King of Prussia Men's, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing the team, building client relationships, and driving sales goals. You will work closely with the Sr. Store Director and Team Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered.

• Co-create strategies with the Senior Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive brand loyalty.
• Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
• Champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Support and develop the team in selling and floor management.
• Optionally champion a product category.
• Oversee operations to maintain business results.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
