Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Louis Vuitton in Saks Bal Harbour, you will be an ambassador of the brand, assisting the Store Manager and Team Manager in coaching and developing the team. You will build client relationships, foster sales goals, and ensure the highest level of client experience.

• Assist in coaching and developing the team to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support operational duties alongside the Store Manager and Team Manager.
• Identify desired products for clients based on profiles and market trends.
• Represent brand values and demonstrate Louis Vuitton attitudes.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Client-centric and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to drive business results and maintain market position.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
