Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in leading and developing the sales team.
• Mentor and coach staff to enhance client service and performance.
• Drive client relationship building and loyalty through personalized interactions.
• Proactively champion achievement of sales goals and business targets.
• Support selling activities and manage the sales floor when required.
• Champion a product category when assigned to promote expertise.
• Support operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
