Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance while delivering a luxury client experience aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in team mentoring and development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty
• Champion achievement of sales goals and store performance
• Manage selling activities and floor operations
• Support team in daily store operations and visual standards
• Co-create strategies to improve client experience and business results
• Optionally champion a specific product category
