Summary
The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager in mentoring and developing the sales team, driving client relationships, and achieving sales goals while delivering a high level of client experience in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Team Manager in daily store leadership and floor management
- Mentor develop and coach team members to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Champion sales targets and proactively contribute to achieving business results
- Identify client product preferences and recommend merchandise based on profiles and trends
- Support client and business development initiatives
- Optionally lead a specific product category and its merchandising
- Oversee store operations ensuring high standards of presentation and service
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
