Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and client-centric Team Lead for our Orlando store. With an undeniable passion for elevating luxury experiences, you will lead and inspire a team to create memorable journeys for our worldly clientele. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional service and commercial success. In this vital leadership position, you will serve as a brand ambassador, collaborating closely with store management to nurture client relationships, significantly impact sales, and deliver unparalleled client service. Your expertise will be instrumental in coaching and developing our team, ensuring our values are upheld, and fostering an environment of excellence for every client and team member.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $34-$48 an hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions - *pending hours worked.
