Summary
The Team Leader will assist day-to-day management and mentor Client Advisors at the Las Vegas Crystals store, maintain a strong personal client business, and ensure an elevated client experience while partnering with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager with daily management of the sales team
- Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
- Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor staff on standard processes
- Perform keyholder opening and closing responsibilities
- Ensure visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager
- Hold weekly meetings to review sales projections and coach Client Advisors to increase sales penetration
- Resolve internal and external conflicts confidently
- Support BOH team with consignments, packing, sending, and returns and maintain stock organization
- Complete paperwork and procedures for consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a retail environment
- 2+ years experience in a supervisor or department manager role
- Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead VIPs and executives through the store and present collections
