Team Leader - Valley Fair

MAIN PURPOSE:

LOEWE is currently seeking a Team Leader to join its Valley Fair team. This role will assist in the day-to-day management and mentoring of our team of Client Advisors as well as develop and maintain a strong personal client business, ensuring an elevated experience for new as well as existing clients. The Sales Supervisor will partner with the Store Manager to ensure key results, both quantitative and qualitative, are being met by the Client Advisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in retail environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor/department manager role
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The compensation for this position ranges from $28-$30 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
