Team Manager - Dallas North Park

As a Gucci Team Manager at Dallas North Park, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals, while representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Lead and support the team on the selling floor, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Provide regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and motivation.
• Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing.
• Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans.
• Lead client engagement activities to build long-lasting relationships.
• Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
• Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.

• 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
