Summary

The Team Manager leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and ensure strong business performance. This role partners with the Store Manager to own team development, client relationships, and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment. The Team Manager uses coaching, clienteling, and merchandising to meet and exceed commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Create and deliver action plans to boost sales and product performance
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and personalized clienteling
• Manage selling activities and floor operations to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Implement visual merchandising and team animation to support business objectives
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on overall business and team performance

Requirements

• Commercially minded with knowledge of the luxury and local market, preferably gained in retail
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong aptitude for client relationship management and sales development
• Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards
