Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales operations and security team members to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. This role provides leadership presence on the sales floor, coaches and develops team members, manages client relationships, and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client centric service
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to improve service
- Attract hire and retain talent while delivering training and performance feedback
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to internal control procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and POS systems
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive brand penetration
- Willingness to perform various roles including sales floor and operations as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree desired
