Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager leads and mentors the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales performance. This role represents the Brand, fosters client relationships, and ensures the highest standards of floor operations and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Create and implement action plans to boost business and enhance product performance.
• Drive client development and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling.
• Manage selling floor operations, visual merchandising, and team animation.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, training, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven people leadership and coaching skills with a commercial mindset.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and drive sales.
• Excellent communication and team development capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with flexible availability.
