Summary

The Team Manager contributes to store success by leading and developing a team of Client Advisors and driving department performance. This role delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving sales, KPI, and clienteling goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department team to exceed sales and financial targets, and analyze performance to support business plans.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service, and company procedures.
• Build client relationships, encourage clienteling and cross-selling, and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards on the sales floor and support effective store operations, inventory, and asset care.
