Job Description

Summary

Temporary Assistant General Manager needed for an MCM retail location in Cabazon to support the General Manager in sales, operations, talent management, merchandising, and customer experience. This fixed term role runs until December 31 2025 and focuses on driving store performance while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed store sales targets and financial results
  • Resolve customer issues and coach staff on prevention and handling
  • Train sales associates on standard operating procedures
  • Monitor inventory planning and maintain inventory metrics
  • Maintain loss prevention and receiving security procedures
  • Review retail profit and loss to identify profitability opportunities
  • Analyze product performance and execute merchandising strategy
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Communicate company messages and act on operational directives

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of store management experience
  • BA or BS degree
  • Experience with luxury or affluent customer segments preferred
  • Operational retail experience including payroll inventory and shrink management
  • Experience with new store openings and rollouts
  • Proven leadership in recruiting mentoring and talent development
  • Strong retail math analytical and KPI driven skills
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills
