Summary

Assistant Store Manager responsible for driving sales, supporting the Store Manager, developing the team, and maintaining exceptional customer service and visual standards in a luxury retail boutique. Acts as a brand representative to grow client relationships and execute the boutique's client outreach program to meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and inspire team to meet goals
• Develop maintain and expand customer base through client relationship management
• Implement and manage the boutique client outreach program to drive financial performance
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and support store operations
• Motivate team build positive morale and enforce accountability
• Ensure superior visual presentation and implement visual directives
• Deliver operational excellence across all store processes
• Assist in recruiting retention supervision training and development of staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of manager experience at a high-end retailer
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results and solve problems
• Strong client engagement and relationship building skills
• Elevated customer service skills with passion for sales footwear and accessories
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
