Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager leads and develops sales, operations, and security team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve commercial targets. This role provides on-site leadership, assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence, and coaches team members to elevate the in-store experience. The manager fosters talent development, drives client engagement, and champions operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to meet or exceed store commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor, model service standards, and coach team members to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Assume oversight of store operations when the Director is not present and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs to grow sales.
• Attract, hire, train, and retain talent, provide performance feedback, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
• Identify operational efficiencies, manage back-of-house processes, and implement best practices to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) or client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree preferred.
