Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role coaches and develops team members, builds client relationships, and oversees store operations in the Director's absence.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the team to achieve sales, profitability, product category, and client development targets.
• Model excellent client service, manage relationships, and use client feedback to improve the store experience.
• Attract, retain, train, and develop talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
• Oversee operational efficiency, back-of-house procedures, and compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven ability to generate sales, achieve commercial results, and develop client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and across sales floor and operations responsibilities.
• A college or university education is desired.
