Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Director in leading, developing and coaching sales, operations and security team members to meet or exceed sales targets and elevate the in-store client experience. The role assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence and drives client development, sales leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor, coach team members and improve the Tiffany Experience Index.
• Attract, hire, develop and retain top talent; set clear performance goals and provide feedback.
• Champion operational efficiency, manage back-of-house processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-facing experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays; ability to assume store oversight when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point-of-sale systems; authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and graduate gemologist or GIA coursework.
