Team Manager

As a Team Manager at Tiffany in Boca Raton, you will support the Director in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to meet commercial targets and enhance the store experience. You will act as a mentor and coach, ensuring exceptional client service and overseeing the store in the Director's absence.

• Coach and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences and embody LVMH Values.
• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive client development activities.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance climate.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.
