Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical schematic and construction drawings for design and production execution
- Translate creative concepts into fabrication ready layouts aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with design production and project management teams to ensure accuracy
- Adapt designs across different window typologies and environments
- Lead project planning organization and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Revise and update drawings based on internal and external feedback
- Maintain drawing consistency version control and file management
- Oversee and mentor two drafters within the production team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical drawing construction detailing or product design
- Experience in luxury jewelry or high end retail environments in house or vendor side
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational planning and project management skills
- Understanding of materials fabrication methods and assembly techniques
- Excellent communication attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Able to be in the New York office at least four days per week
