- Lead and mentor SFCC developers and conduct regular code reviews.
- Act as a technical point of contact for dev squads.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure test coverage and release readiness.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (SFRA).
- Proven experience leading technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, ISML, HTML, CSS.
- Experience integrating third-party systems like OMS, PSP, CRM, SFMC, PIM.
- Excellent understanding of code quality and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical topics to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in distributed or hybrid teams.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (Developer, Architect).
