Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ experience in a service management industry.
- 2 years’ tech support experience.
- 2 years’ experience troubleshooting, testing, or repairing technical equipment.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Dell Desktop/Laptop, Zebra hand-held mobile scanners, thermal label printers, and laser printers.
- High motivation and self-direction with sound problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and aptitude to learn quickly.
- Ability to function well in a fast-changing work environment and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to repetitively walk, bend, reach, stand, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty.
