Summary
The Temp Coordinator, Paid Media supports regional brand and growth objectives by coordinating day-to-day activation of paid media campaigns across North America. This role manages deliverables, timelines, budgets, and reporting while partnering with the Manager and Director of Paid Media and external agencies to ensure precise execution and data-driven optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute paid media campaigns across North America ensuring deliverables and timelines are met
- Partner with media manager and agency teams to maintain flowcharts and tracking documents
- Support development, maintenance, and reconciliation of campaign budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and assemble data visualizations and performance summaries for reporting
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and agency check-ins to ensure alignment
- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external presentations
- Support special projects and time-sensitive assignments as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- Strong competency in PowerPoint and preparing presentation materials
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities working with data-heavy materials
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Foundational understanding of media, marketing, and communication channels including digital and traditional platforms
- Knowledge of the luxury landscape and interest in category trends
