Temp Operations Support

Summary

Temporary Operations Support for the boutique assisting Boutique Management with day-to-day store operations and client service. The role supports housekeeping, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention and general boutique tasks to ensure smooth store functioning. This position also provides customer-facing service and operational support on the selling floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Accurately ring sales on registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Answer phones with proper telephone etiquette, take messages, and handle customer inquiries.
• Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise and lead customer exchanges or returns.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping.
• Participate in all inventories and follow inventory control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Support safety, security, and store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Retail cashiering and operations experience; luxury retail background preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift boxes and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
