Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Engage customers to build loyalty and open new rewards accounts
• Achieve sales targets for in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining department organization and cleanliness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through provided trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and foster an inclusive environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Comfort using networking and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
