Summary
Temporary Coordinator supporting CRC Training and Development to assist in delivering onboarding and ongoing training for Client Relations Center team members. The role supports the CRC Training Specialist in facilitation, curriculum maintenance, coaching, and reporting to improve team performance and client experience. Based in the New York corporate office, the position contributes to classroom and virtual training, small-group workshops, and related training projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and designing instructionally sound trainings.
- Support coordination and delivery of onboarding for new hires.
- Facilitate portions of onboarding curriculum and systems trainings.
- Partner with training specialist to assess learning progress and identify training opportunities.
- Update and maintain training documentation as directed.
- Lead and support small group sessions and create engaging workshops.
- Shadow CRC team members to reinforce training topics.
- Track report and evaluate training program participation and recommend improvements.
- Prepare recaps of training initiatives and communicate announcements via Teams email and newsletter.
Requirements
- Previous experience in training and development through junior role internship or similar.
- Proven ability to train coach and inspire peers.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with call center and corporate training environments.
- Self starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technologically adept and eager to learn new systems and efficiencies.
- Willingness to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
