Temporary Sales Associate - Rodeo Drive

Summary

Temporary Sales Associate reporting to the Store Director responsible for supporting opening and closing procedures, delivering top quality customer service, and assisting with sales, operations, merchandising and store maintenance on Rodeo Drive.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Ensure stockroom is organized and merchandise is accessible
• Support balanced execution of sales operations merchandising and personnel management
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
• Enforce sustainability policies and company standards
• Partner on loss prevention and ensure proper cash register and safe procedures
• Assist with visual display implementation and communicate visual standards to team
• Oversee daily store cleaning and physical upkeep including fixtures and supplies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Commercial awareness and business acumen with passion for fashion
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
