Summary
Temporary role providing clerical and customer service support for front and back of house boutique operations. Assist sales team with merchandising tasks, support client service activities, handle phone inquiries, and maintain stockroom and selling floor standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance at point of sale including wrapping and packaging
- Support selling process by hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor
- Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise for display and sale
- Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor supplies such as boxes ribbons and stationery
- Straighten and restock selling floor to maintain merchandise standards
- Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
- Assist After Sales tasks including logging repairs contacting clients and maintaining records
- Answer phones in a timely professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with professionalism and composure
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and compassion
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Available for temporary seasonal assignment in boutique setting
- Ability to perform clerical tasks and support sales operations
