Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Greenwich

Summary

Provide clerical and sales floor support for front and back of house operations in the boutique, delivering high levels of customer service, assisting with packaging and point of sale tasks, and supporting client service and after sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer assistance in line with brand service standards
• Support sales team with selling process and merchandising tasks
• Hang merchandise return items to the floor and retrieve stock
• Maintain selling floor presentation and restock packaging materials
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform front and back of house clerical tasks
• Willingness to support various store roles and responsibilities
