Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Provide clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations during the seasonal period. Deliver prompt and friendly client service following brand standards, assist with packaging and point of sale tasks, and support after sales and concierge activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer assistance while maintaining service standards
• Support sales team with selling process and merchandise handling
• Organize and restock packaging materials and sales supplies
• Maintain selling floor presentation and merchandise standards
• Retrieve stock and prepare stock room physically
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities
• Log repairs and assist with after sales client communications
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Available for temporary seasonal assignment
