Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations. Deliver high levels of client service including greeting clients assisting with purchases and supporting after sales activities. Maintain merchandise presentation and assist sales team with stocking and floor duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt friendly client greeting and assistance at point of sale including wrapping and packaging
• Support sales team by hanging returning and retrieving merchandise and preparing stock room
• Organize and replenish supplies such as bags boxes ribbons and stationery
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
• Support client service concierge doorperson and greeter host activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service oriented with ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
