Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and sales floor support for front and back of house operations in the boutique, delivering prompt and friendly client service, assisting with packaging and merchandising, and supporting after sales and concierge activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance on the selling floor
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Support sales team by hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor
• Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise in the stock room
• Organize and replenish selling floor supplies such as boxes and ribbons
• Maintain selling floor standards by straightening and filling displays
• Support client service tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter activities as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
