Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and floor support for front and back of house boutique operations, assisting the sales team with merchandising, client service tasks, packaging and basic after sales duties while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance at point of sale
• Support sales team with hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor
• Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise in the stock room
• Maintain selling floor presentation and replenish supplies like boxes and ribbons
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service
• Log repairs and contact clients for after sales support
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Willingness to perform both clerical and physical tasks
• Suitable for temporary seasonal employment
