Summary
The Temporary Store Manager will lead the Moncler boutique at Roosevelt Field during an approximately five-month leave coverage assignment beginning in December 2026. This role is accountable for store performance, exceptional luxury client experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership. The assignment duration may change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead store sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational performance.
- Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory, and client trends to develop and execute business strategies.
- Champion personalized client experiences, clienteling, CRM excellence, and relationship development.
- Coach, develop, and retain the store team while providing continuity and clear performance expectations.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash handling, compliance, loss prevention, and store presentation.
- Partner with regional leadership, department store leaders, and cross-functional teams to execute priorities and drive business results.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including management of a high-volume store or comparable business.
- Prior Store Manager, Acting Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or comparable leadership experience preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and team development.
- Sound operational judgment and proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods, and commit to the temporary assignment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
