Summary

The Top Seller Assistant supports salespeople throughout the selling process and helps deliver outstanding customer service. The role also contributes to team goals and maintains the department.

Responsibilities

• Support salespeople in all aspects of the selling process.
• Prepare customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers and support team goals.
• Complete department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
