Top Stylist Product Coordinator

Summary

Supports personal stylists and top sellers by sourcing merchandise from stores and other available channels to meet client needs. Coordinates product requests and fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with store teams and ensuring timely, high-touch service.

Responsibilities

• Source merchandise through store inventory, transfers, vendor channels, and other fulfillment options.
• Partner with concession teams, store managers, operations, and loss prevention to coordinate transactions and merchandise transfers.
• Manage product requests from initiation through fulfillment and keep sellers updated.
• Share information about specialty capsules, trunk shows, and product launches.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, internal systems, and store processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in merchandising, store operations, or client service support.
• Knowledge of product flow, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-touch luxury service.
