Summary

Provide first-class service to trade clients in a luxury gallery setting, partnering with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the interior design trade business through consultations, site visits, and product expertise while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and educate potential design and trade clientele through consultations
• Conduct site visits and assist with design development
• Coordinate internal services and product installations
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance
• Work in partnership with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the business

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom
• Strategic, highly organized and results oriented
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building a trade business
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Clean driving record and current driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift up to 25 lbs
