Summary

The Trade Consultant builds the interior design trade business while delivering first-class service and a luxury client experience. The role partners with the Residential Trade Leader to support trade clientele and uphold gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professional appearance, and conduct.
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the interior design trade business.
• Qualify and educate design and trade clients through consultations and site visits.
• Assist with design development, internal coordination of services, and product installations.
• Provide product expertise and elevated service while supporting gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom.
• Strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building a thriving trade business.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel locally or out of state.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and maneuver around the gallery, stock room, and office.
