Traffic Supervisor

The Traffic Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all outbound loads are shipped in accordance with customer requirements and within LVMH service levels. This role requires managing a team of Traffic Clerks and overseeing both domestic and international freight operations.

• Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates.
• Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks.
• Oversee all international freight and ensure proper completion of shipping documents.
• Maintain valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification.
• Ensure compliance with customer VCG requirements to minimize charge backs.
• Recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance and formulate action plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for communication, extensions, and dispute resolution.

• 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers.
• Experience with retail vendor compliance and international shipping.
• 1-3 years of experience working with freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with retail routing guides in the luxury industry.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is helpful.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PKMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office suite.
