Trainee Entertainment Relations

As a Trainee in Entertainment Relations, you will participate in a 12-month program designed to develop future talent within the organization. You will assist the Public Relations team in various tasks, including reporting and sample trafficking for VIP and Entertainment Relations across different categories. This role supports the organization's objectives through both administrative and project work, collaborating with other departments to improve business results.

• Handle sample trafficking and logistics for all VIP requests.
• Partner with the NY team to maintain shared closet space.
• Assist with setup and accommodations for VIP fittings.
• Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings.
• Maintain a calendar with upcoming confirmations and relevant industry dates.
• Assist during PR events to ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps.
• Assist with daily news updates.
• Monitor VIP coverage and file imagery.
• Support daily administrative work as needed.

• Full-time, 12-month program with availability Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent follow-through practices.
• Exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups.
• Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
