Trainee Supply Chain

As a Trainee in Supply Chain, you will participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. You will work closely with the Supply Chain team to support the organization’s objectives through administrative and project work, collaborating cross-functionally to improve business results.

• Build and manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
• Manage weekly recaps based on business trends and create reports to monitor sales performance.
• Support the Demand Planning monthly forecast process and provide recommendations based on current trends.
• Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs and update inventory tracking files.
• Work with the Central distribution team to update inventory transfer needs and manage compliance reports.

• Full-time, 12 Month Program with availability to work M-F, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external groups.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
