Trainer

As a Trainer at Loewe, you will be responsible for planning and executing educational programs to elevate brand equity and client experience. You will work closely with the US Training Director and collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to support Loewe's commercial priorities.

• Plan and execute training programs in partnership with the US Training Director.
• Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to devise and execute training programs.
• Support strategic priorities in CRM and operations.
• Deliver in-store trainings for wholesale accounts on new collections and brand awareness.
• Identify local training needs and create action plans to drive growth in key business KPIs.
• Host quarterly new hire inductions for retail staff.
• Assist with new store opening trainings.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to create and deliver content for the retail network.
• Complete reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong retail background and passion for educational training.
• Experience with a multi-channel business model.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.
