- Lead and influence within a matrix organization, managing both direct reports and functional teams across regions.
- Utilize market insights to identify new revenue opportunities and recommend strategic partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, aligning sales strategies with luxury brand values and heritage.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in multi-channel sales, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and reporting in both direct and functional structures.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competitive positioning and market trends.
