Job Description

Summary

The Vice President of Sales for LATAM at TAG Heuer will oversee all activities in the LATAM, Caribbean, Cruise Ships, and Travel Retail Americas region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, maximizing cash operating profit, and enhancing TAG Heuer's presence in the luxury watch market. The position requires visionary leadership and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior to navigate retail and wholesale channels effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives aligning with corporate goals to balance short-term revenue and long-term brand equity.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer models.
  • Ensure a seamless luxury customer journey across all touchpoints, including physical stores, digital platforms, and private client services.
  • Lead and influence within a matrix organization, managing both direct reports and functional teams across regions.
  • Utilize market insights to identify new revenue opportunities and recommend strategic partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, aligning sales strategies with luxury brand values and heritage.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel sales, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations and reporting in both direct and functional structures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competitive positioning and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
