Vice President General Manager

As the Vice President General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the selling process and profit through effective store leadership at the New York Flagship. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure operational excellence and align results with company goals, fostering a culture of success and inclusivity.

• Oversee the selling process and motivate the store leadership team through regular visits and communication.
• Drive top line sales, increase margins, control payroll expenses, and enhance profitability.
• Build effective teams and create a sense of community and empowerment.
• Devise strategies and plans to drive sales and monitor the growth of the NY Flagship.
• Participate in creating the company's goals, vision, and mission with the Executive Committee.
• Ensure operational excellence by holding stores accountable for executing KPIs and metrics.
• Develop and coach Assistant Vice Presidents to achieve goals and prepare for growth assignments.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of Senior Leaders focused on achieving goals.
• Identify talent needs and provide succession plans for future leaders.

• 15+ years of related management experience in retail or fast-paced service environments.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage in high-level teamwork.
• Strategic abilities with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, summits, and client events as needed.
