SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Vice President-Global Total Rewards to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of Tiffany's global compensation and benefits programs. In this visible role, you will be responsible for ensuring our programs are externally competitive, attract and retain top talent, align with company-wide initiatives including DEIB, and comply with all relevant regulations worldwide.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy in collaboration with the business and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic vision for total rewards, including executive compensation, broad-based compensation, mobility compensation and benefits, sales compensation, medical benefits, welfare, and retirement programs.
- Design and implement core benefits programs and processes including executive benefits, core and supplemental benefit programs including retirement, health and welfare, and ancillary offerings.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, recommending plan revisions and new plans.
- Oversee the design and administration of long and short-term incentive compensation plans.
- Ensure Tiffany global mobility program is compelling and aligned with LVMH group practices.
- Effectively communicate, educate and market comprehensive total rewards programming for HR partners, management, and employees.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, negotiating services and managing costs responsibly.
- Lead the timely and expert delivery of broad-based global compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive analytical capability to monitor local market trend information.
- Manage total rewards programs to be compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Align executive compensation and benefit programs with LVMH Group practices.
- Lead Tiffany Retirement Committees to ensure proper governance of employee retirement plans.
- Inspire and manage a global team of compensation and benefits professionals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field of study.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with an emphasis on global strategy development and execution.
- Proven success in leading a geographically diverse global employee workforce.
- Demonstrated experience guiding and developing high-performing compensation and benefits teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) fiduciary responsibilities, payroll/tax principles, and federal/state HR regulations.
- In-depth understanding of federal and state law, compliance requirements, and general HR practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
- Experience with varied long-term incentive compensation vehicles is preferred.
- Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
