Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and Ecommerce sales goals
• Facilitate processing of Ecommerce orders as needed
• Log into various workstream queues during scheduled hours
• Conduct follow up calls to existing and potential Ecommerce clients
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and represent the brand
• Convert digital and direct contact leads into Ecommerce sales
• Continuously develop product knowledge via training and e learning
• Work as a team player and foster open constructive communication
• Adhere to company policies and professional dress code

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
• Minimum 2 year college degree or relevant field experience
• Knowledge of Ecommerce practices in a retail environment
• Proficient with technology and familiar with Shopify SAP and LiveChat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual KPIs
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational follow up skills and attention to detail
• Experience with online remote selling preferred
