Summary
The Store Visual Manager leads the execution of visual strategy, seasonal directives, merchandising guidelines, styling, and brand partner installations. This role develops visual stylists and partners with store and corporate teams to create an inspiring client experience and support store performance.
Responsibilities
- Guide, develop, and provide feedback to visual stylists while ensuring high-quality work and clear timelines.
- Maintain current signage, mannequin presentations, beauty setups, and photo assignments.
- Execute seasonal and monthly creative directives, including campaigns, windows, installations, and mannequin styling.
- Oversee daily store standards, brand partner guidelines, visual supplies, project budgets, and calendar timelines.
- Collaborate with store leaders, corporate and regional teams, brand partners, and selling teams; participate in store walks and leadership meetings.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent in partnership with the Visual Director.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of visual experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and identify operational improvements and solutions.
- Experience navigating complex business problems, collaborating across departments, presenting to executives, and implementing large-scale store projects.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to perform required physical tasks.
