Responsibilities
- Create and execute visual presentations and window displays to maximize sales.
- Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams on merchandising and substitutions.
- Interpret global creative strategy and adapt presentations to market needs.
- Analyze sales and store data to inform visual decisions.
- Train and coach store teams and visual ambassadors on standards and best practices.
- Develop zoning plans and mock-up presentations for stores in the market.
- Oversee visual tools and inventory ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
- Communicate visual updates and recaps from store visits to regional partners and headquarters.
- Adhere to store visit rotation and travel requirements within the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope preferred.
- Flexible availability including ad hoc overnights and weekends to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the market up to 75% of the time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement global visual standards consistently.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
